REFUND POLICY
All programs are subject to a non-refundable $15.00 administration fee that will be deducted from any refund or credit. Should you need to withdraw from a program or lesson before the first date of that program, we will reimburse the full cost, minus the administration fee. We are not able to issue refunds after a program has begun. Once the program/lesson has begun, we will offer an in-house credit (to be used for open swims, merchandise, or programs) for the remaining classes or sessions. Lessons unattended by the participant are not able to be rescheduled.
Before lessons and programs begin all transfers, withdrawals, and changes need to be made through the Control & Information Desk – either by phone or in person. Once programs have begun, please contact management for all inquiries regarding changing, withdrawing or transferring at (902) 569-4584 ext. 245.
Please note that classes which do not reach the minimum number of participant enrollments will be cancelled and registrants will be given the option of receiving a full refund or the option of transferring to an alternate program.
